PPR Pipe Production line

PPR Pipe Extrusion line are mainly used to make the stabilized PPR pipes.This kind of PPR pipes are wrapped by an aluminum foil, which makes the pipes having an excellent high creep resistance.And the thermo-expansion factor of the pipes is only 1/3 of the ordinary PPR pipes.Therefore, the pipes can be applied to inclement and changeable environment such as:
1, pure water, drinking water pipeline;
2, industrial water and chemical transport, emissions;
3, domestic hot and cold water pipe system;
4, beverage, drug delivery systems of production;
5, compressed air pipe;
6, other industrial, agricultural management.

Special single screw extruder is for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
Specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall,
and little internal stress.
Can be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE and PEX pipes.
